Payment Methods:

​Claims Process:

• Exchanges and refunds require approved claims submitted within 12 hours of delivery.

• Claims should be submitted to hiddengemz@divinity648.com and include:

  • Order or invoice number

  • Detailed description of the issue (damaged item, incorrect item, malfunctioning item)

• For damaged product claims, please include photos of:

  • The damaged package before opening

  • The damaged product(s) before removal from packaging

  • The damaged products after removal from packaging (video is preferred)

• For "does not work as intended" claims, please provide a detailed description of the product's malfunction and submit photos or videos clearly demonstrating the defect.

• Consumers may be required to return products before replacements are shipped or refunds are issued.

• Approved returns may be subject to return fees based on the product, supplier, and nature of the return.
