Aquarius you have a green light for pursuing a love interest that has been weighing heavily on your mind. This is someone whom you have had some level of involvement with on an intimate level even if just intellectually. It feels like frustration from dealing with individuals who are not able to match your energy level had pushed you into a deep spiritual conversation with the universe so that you spoke from serious emotion asking for the right person who can match your vibration energetically above all else. This person knows who you are and is fully aware of the connection between you. For some there is a third and for others several others who want to be apart of your life and have become knowledgeable of your Soul Tie with this individual that you have called into your energy.

Remember it's not enough to be subliminal but more effect to physically match the energetic connection while it's still there. Failure to act or reciprocate the connection will send out the wrong vibration to this person.

For those of you who are not aware of what I am speaking on, you are working towards overcoming codependency and toxic connections. You are pushing towards a Healy balance in your life all the way through. I am still picking up on the need to communicate clearly regarding your goals and longterm plans and or desires with one a other to ensure you are both on the same page and in alignment with wanting the same things

Remember energy is always in motion, people change and grow constantly in someway even if not physically visible. Connect with your person and communicate as often as possible helping another to grow together and not apart from one another. Some of you did not do this and feel as though your growing apart. Communicate, it's that simple. Start dating another and spending time talking about where you are at in life and where you want to be. Listen as much as you speak and allow yourself to accept the way you feel and how you make your person feel. Be loving towards another so growth can be present and balanced.

Career moves are in place here, there is an entrepreneur type flow whirling around. Use caution regarding situations that are more like entrapment. Do not commit to what you are unsure of. It's acceptable to reach and aim high but more importantly to accept limitations, failures, and setbacks equally.

Some of you are facing a promotion or are contemplating approaching someone for an increase. There is heavy anxiety as some are thing negatively and fearing rejection and or termination for causing some waves. My friend, you can't sink or swim of your unwilling to get into the water. Get your toes wet and speak your truth, those who have actual reasons to fear termination for asking for more should trust that intuition. You see how they treated and spoke on others, ease do not believe you are an exception to their behavior patterns. For those who do not fear termination and those who do, it's key to research the market and your skill set, take online assessments and build up your knowledge. Present your request with evidence to support your skills and experience so that a denial is unwarranted. This also prepares you to market yourself effectively so that you can find a new position in a new company should you be forced down that path.

Educational endeavors are also coming up, some of you it's spiritual knowledge you are pushing and for a larger scale it's employment driven.

If you are dreading the work while your learning it, please reassess your plan. I'm seeing people do the work and entering the career path while remaining unhappy with their choice. There are plenty of site for career path assessments and quizzes to take to help you find a career rewarding both financially and mentally. Contact your local empyment or career center for help with online resources, training, and guidance. Most states have the help of you go to your states home page or Google search it.

Custody matters are impacting some of you. I feel broken on this matter like some of you are sending your child off to the other parent and seriously worry for their wellbeing. I am recommending you see therapy and even for your child(ren). Sometimes the courts and providers will listen to a therapist who can advocate on behalf of the child over a parent that has been painted to be overly emotional or dramatic.

Keep records and logs of all dealings so that when you speak, you are speaking with facts. Treat this not as a private family matter but a case you are managing. Cover your behind is my point and move with integrity. No tit for tat behavior will benefit the child(ren).

Substance abuse came up for this sign also, alot of you who are fighting a battle are only fighting it physically. Please look into STDS "Spiritually Transmitted Demons". Energy attachments are real and impact a person's ability to push through their "demons". Fight back with raising your vibration as much as you do with medication and other substances to help with the addiction.
